Couple arrested in Setúbal for shooting explosive at neighbor's house

The Judicial Police (PJ) arrested a couple in Setúbal for suspicions of throwing an “incendiary artifact” at a neighbor’s dwelling. The case was just not more serious because the victim reacted quickly.
