Centennial is the preferred prime minister: But what about the current one? What about Steps?

Mário Centeno, former governor of Banco de Portugal, would be a favorite in a range and five options for Prime Minister, according to a study by ICS and ISCTE for SIC and Expresso – however, there are several moves according to the electorate, with Montenegro in the middle.

Also according to what was found by the study in question, the current Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, occupies the 4th place, with 4.0.

Finally, the opposition leader André Ventura appears with 3.6.

And how do you vote left? And to the right?

The same inquiry also allows us to understand how preferences changed, if only voters who take on the left or those who go further to the right were considered.

In the first case, Centeno would move to 2nd place of 5, with Carneiro leading this fan, getting a score of 5.8. Soon after, the former Minister of Finance of the government of António Costa would collect 5.5 and in 3rd, with 3.0, would be the current Prime Minister. Voters on the left preferred Pedro Passos Coelho to André Ventura, with scores of 2.3 and 1.4, respectively.

Among the respondents more to the Right, this range moves again, with Pedro Passos Coelho occupying the 1st place, with a score of 5.6 on the same scale from 0 to 10.

Here, Ventura takes second place with 5.3. Montenegro ‘does not move’ when the considerations are made with sympathizers more to the Left or more to the Right, since in this evaluation it would occupy the same 3rd place – even with a higher score of 4.8.

This more particular assessment follows, later, Mário Centeno and José Luís Carneiro, with 3.9 and 3.2, respectively.
