Claudio Ramos highlighted the World Day of Mental Health, which was celebrated this Saturday, October 10, with a message that calls for empathy, attention and emotional responsibility that we have for each other.

“ One can laugh lightly and be torn from the inside. It can be the group's lively and be closed at home days in a row in silence because the phone does not ring and disguises this lack of contact with voluntary retreat. A person can invite for coffee and not even enjoy caffeine, perhaps just a pretext to listen to another voice and interrupt the endless hours of silence. A person can hide himself in “being well alone” and the vague time forces his head to make trips, dangerous scenarios, strange conversations...”, he began by saying.

The presenter also recalled that we should be attentive to the little signs, listen without judging and try to help, even when no one asks us directly.

“ There will be a day where all the lives that person touched will hit his hand in the chest and question what they could have done to prevent his head from going around in an addict circuit and so fast that he saw no way out. It's late then! There's still time.

We must understand that there are no voluntary silences if they delay. There aren't always happy people playing nice. No one chooses to be alone all the time if they have good company. No one wants to have their head hallucinated questioning all the whys, asking questions and inventing answers. No one deserves to be put in an emotional place where he doesn't belong but where he can't get out without help and don't get convinced that whoever's inside this hole is going to ask for help. Not going! ", warned.

[...] We're all responsible for each other. Look away and don't wait for the side to tell you anything. A person with his head on such a circuit won't tell you. Quite the contrary. Don't be selfish and don't pretend you don't see it just because it's less trouble and less fear. October 10th marks World Mental Health Day. It's more than a fashion thing. Trust what I say”, said Claudio Ramos.
