Competition does not preclude the Spanish acquisition of EGEO by Urbaser

The Competition Authority (AdC) decided not to oppose the acquisition of EGEO by Spanish Urbaser, an operation involving companies in the waste management and treatment sectors. The decision was released today on the AdC website, which considered that the operation does not create significant barriers to competition.
