Volkswagen and Xpeng are preparing a new electric berlin, ID. Unyx 09, for the Chinese market. New details have now been known, knowing that the power can surpass 500 cv and what dimensions it will have.

The new Chinese electric Volkswagen, developed in partnership with Xpeng, will be the ID.Unyx 09 – a high performance and large berlin, whose power may exceed 500 cv – depending on the version.
Data published by China's Minister of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) show that the model will have, of entry, rear traction with an engine of 313 hp. At the top of the range will propose rear traction, including a front engine of 190 hp for a total power of 503 cv.
It can reach 200 km/h of speed and the batteries are CTL iron and lithium phosphate. No information on their capacity or autonomy is available in the MIIT data.
It's a big car: 5,081 mm long, 1,980 mm wide and a height of 1,509 or 1,526 mm the wheelbase of 3,030 mm – i.e. more than three metres. The weight in running order is 2,207 kg or 2,307 kg.
It is also known that the Volkswagen ID.Unyx 09 will have 21-inch rims, which proposes a fastback design and an aggressive front – the bumper reveals an aerodynamic work, as well as the generous-sized rear diffuser.
The front LED lights, as well as the rear optics, are thin, and in front the main headlamps continue a strip that begins at the side below the waistline – which is positioned in the pullers zone of the semi-embedded doors. There is also a pronounced lower lateral crease and very defined wheel digs.
According to the description, a panoramic solar roof is part of the optional equipment, such as brake clamps Brembo.
