According to information released on Sunday, October 18, about 2,400 people were arrested on Saturday in France during protests against rising cost of living, marked by violence, and about 1,000 police officers and agents were injured, of which seven were in serious condition.

Faced with news coming to Portugal, friends, fans and followers expressed feelings of concern about Vanessa Oliveira's stay in Paris.

As a way of thanking and reassuring the closest, the communicator made public a message in which she is sure to be well – although shocked by the destruction she will have had the opportunity to attend.

“ Thank you all for your messages of concern. We are well and we have always been far from the ‘war scene’. It was not necessary so much destruction”, one can read in the face of RTP1.
