Uthe woman was sentenced to 47 years in prison for sexually exploiting her two five-and-nine-year-old daughters in Almería, Spain. According to the sentence, it was proven that the mother organized sexual encounters between girls and men for money.

The crimes occurred between 2021 and 2022 and the case was denounced by the partner of the father of the minors in May 2023.

According to the Spanish news agency Eph, the woman was sentenced to nine years in prison for each of the two counts of sexual exploitation and 14 years and six months for each of the two counts of continued sexual abuse, for which she was considered an accomplice. However, the maximum sentence you can serve is only 20 years, according to the Spanish penal code.

The court based its decision on the recorded testimony of the eldest daughter, corroborated by the statements of both children included in a pediatric report, in addition to the complaint of the father's partner.

The court considered that the girls were “especially vulnerable due to their tender age” and that the woman took advantage of her role as a mother.

The sentence also includes the loss of custody and the prohibition of approaching and communicating with daughters less than 500 metres until they are 20 years old.

You will also be subject to ten years of supervised probation after serving the prison sentence and will be prohibited from exercising any profession involving contact with minors for 24 years.

The mother will still have to pay 60,000 euros in compensation to each daughter for moral damage.

The convict may also appeal the judgment to the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia.
