Maria de Fátima and António do “Married”. “Very serious charges”

In recalling this moment, Mary of Fatima said that Antonio had told him that “she did not know what he was capable of.”.

“ That phrase came because I went out to buy a roast chicken and took money to pay. Antonio didn't take a cell phone or wallet or anything. And I needed a dime. I told him I didn't have it, that Antonio didn't have it either, but he had a $20 bill and he could break it. He said it wasn't worth it. We left and then we got home, Antonio started saying he's done it on purpose because until they paid him no more money. And I have nothing to do with it”, he started by reporting.

“Antonio got angry and started yelling at me. I asked him not to yell at me and he kept screaming. And I was very nervous because he said I didn’t know what he was capable of,” he added. 

And then the images of Mary of Fatima were highlighted talking to another competitor, Teresa, and telling her everything outside the chambers. “You know what he said to me? You don't know what I'm capable of. [...] While I use this part of my hand [upper hand], everything is fine, when I use this part of my hand [the palm of my hand] which is the ugliest thing I have, I do not speak for myself.”

Diana Chaves responded, however: “These accusations are very serious and it is important to understand everything that has happened and the truth.”

In turn, Antonio shared his version. “It was not as Mary of Fatima told. We were going to have meals, things like that, and I paid. We went to one last dinner, even under the apartments, and I told him it was probably an opportunity to pay for dinner. Mary of Fatima said: "So we're not married? You pay and then you get paid. Also because I do not have the number of contributors”. I told him if it was because of that, I had it. But she said she didn't have her wallet. I had to pay and we followed.”

“ Then we got home and it wasn't me screaming, because I didn't scream. Maria of Fatima was already upset because I had not taken a wallet or a cell phone or anything. He came into the house saying, "Shut up, I'm done with this," he threw his wallet, and I said, "You're still naughty." And he came in the middle of the room and told me to shut up, too loud. Then I had to speak loudly also because otherwise you wouldn’t listen,” he said. 

During the conversation, Maria de Fátima showed an audio recording she had kept from an argument with António. To prove the, says, her truth, Maria de Fátima chose to make the recording. 

“You don’t know what I’m capable of. That's not what I said. I remember what you said. I said: “Look, calm down, don’t imply anything...” Now, don't you know what I'm capable of? That's a good one. If you knew what I could fucking do. Nope. You don't know what I'm capable of. Neither you nor anyone, there is no one, nor my children know what I am capable of,” Antonio said in the audio. 

“ I've been constantly accused of everything I say is a lie. I got a little tired. I had to do this to defend myself, because I'm an integral person, I'm not a compulsive liar, and I know what I'm saying. I do not lie”, defended Maria de Fátima after showing the audio. 

António stated that “it is not seen in the comments” and accused Maria of Fatima of having been “incorrect” for having recorded it. “Then you will talk to me pulling for me to say something I never said. I cannot admit that you go that low.”

In turn, the experts pointed out that such accusations were “severe” and announced the end of the experience of both, despite the fact that the couple put “stay”. “It is clear that for you the experience is over.
