The First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump, sent personal letters to Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky to call for lasting peace. The missives were handed over to their respective diplomatic envoys at the White House, after the implementation of a humanitarian truce in Oleshky itself.
