Au.S. authorities today issued a arrest warrant against former Cuban President Raúl Castro, due to the slaughter in 1996 of two civilian planes in international waters.
According to Florida's Attorney General James Uthmeier, the two devices belonged to the organization of Cuban exiles Hermanos al Rescate, and the incident caused the death of three American citizens and one resident in the United States.
“ Our office got a state-level arrest warrant against Communist dictator Raúl Castro, accusing him of conspiracy to commit murder in the first degree,” Uthmeier announced.
