An 83 - year - old woman was found dead in her home in Burgos, Spain, according to information from the National Police. The victim, who lived alone, would have been found lifeless by a social worker, who was going to check on her. The police are investigating the case.

U83-year-old mother was killed at her home in Burgos, Spain, following a robbery.
The National Police are investigating the incident. According to El Pais, the door of the house showed no signs of being opened by force, but inside it several goods were turned.
Also the body of the elderly woman, who lived alone after becoming a widow, showed signs of violence.
Everything indicates that she was alone in the house between 4:00 and 6:30, when a social worker, responsible for visiting her to see if she was all right, found her already lifeless.
The victim, apart from living alone, had mobility difficulties, and severe respiratory problems, says La Region.
The National Police initiated an investigation to clarify the murder, pending the preliminary outcome of the autopsy, which should provide more information to clarify what happened to Telecinco.
