O West Ham, trained by Portuguese Nuno Espírito Santo, won today by 1-0 at Swansea Stadium, guided by compatriot Vítor Matos, who, despite the defeat, retained the leadership of the second English football division.
A goal marked by the advanced Divine Mukasa, at 34 minutes, was enough to ensure the triumph of the visitors in the game of the 11th round of the Championship, also imposing the first disengage at home to the Welsh, for which the Portuguese average Gonçalo Franco was the holder.
Despite having suffered the second loss of the race, Swansea remained at the top of the ranking, with a point of advantage over West Ham, second ranked, and Middlesbrough, third, who could have surpassed Vítor Matos' team, but was no more than a 2-2 draw at Cardiff reception.
