Nyou're not supposed to become a hypochondriac or start misdiagnosing yourself, but when there's something wrong with your body, you should be the first to repair it.
Not all pains or body parts that concentrate more tension have the same meaning, but if in doubt you should seek medical help.
The alert was issued by some doctors to Huff Post. And if you're afraid you're going to have some kind of health problem going on, these experts advance the most worrying outbreaks of pain.
These are the signs to which you must pay special attention:
Sudden pain that persists in not disappearing
Everything that has been going on for too long should be reassessed, as there may be a need to initiate some treatment or perform a surgical intervention. Therefore, they clarify that a visit to the doctor may be essential to avoid major problems in the future or even more invasive treatments.
“ Generally, sudden and intense pain that does not disappear is something that should really attract the attention of anyone,” says physician Michael Turturro, also professor of emergency medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
The expert clarifies that this premise is valid for pain anywhere in the body.
Chest pain
Chest pain, although not always a single concern, is often associated with heart attacks, which makes this type of pain more serious to analyze. “Turkey pains should definitely worry us, whether they have a history of heart problems or not, should be evaluated as soon as possible,” says Mark Conroy, an emergency doctor at the Wexner Medical Center of Ohio State University.
Twin pain accompanied by redness
According to Conroy, pain in the lower legs, especially located next to the muscles of the twins, can become worrying, especially when it is accompanied by swelling and/or redness in the leg.
“I am always concerned that you may have symptoms related to blood clots or venous thrombosis,” says Conroy.
Upper back pain
According to these experts, back pain can become an affliction, especially if it occurs at the time of rest and resembles a tear in the veins”.
“ Having this tear sensation can represent a problem in the main large blood vessel of the human body, i.e., in the aorta ", Conroy remains.
