A from 30 or 50? After all, when do you really start to grow old? And what can stop this natural phenomenon?

A recent study published in Nature Aging found evidence to prove that the ageing can accentuate at different ages, depending on person to person.

Although no one can escape this gradual process, the way this phenomenon is manifested can also vary significantly, that is, it does not happen linearly – not at the same rate in all organs.

The research cited by Science Alert clarifies that on the basis of changes in skin and functioning of human body organs, associated with aging, there are structural changes in dozens of tissues that also identify “unsurprisingly variable aging chronograms”.

Different tissues end up having different tissues “biological clocks”, in other words, you may have a healthy liver like a child's, but on the other hand, you may have a kidney problem with someone twice your age.

The period of life in which the signs of aging of the human body manifest themselves more sharply.

How do you explain aging?

These experts point out that this phenomenon can be influenced by several factors, including genetic, lifestyle, feed and environment that surrounds you.

Although aging is a continuous process, the investigation suggests that there is a significant increase inthe phase in which physical and biological changes become more evident, leading to a perception that the body is aging faster.

“ Some begin to change significantly at the age of 30, others remain relatively stable until menopause, and others seem to go through two distinct periods of accelerated aging”, they describe.

What does this investigation reveal?

In a universe of 25,000 tissue samples in 970 people between the ages of 21 and 70, the researchers found that nine out of 14 tissues analyzed in depth present a high degree of two periods of accelerated aging, usually in the 30s and 50s.

At the age of 30, arteries dominate the speed of changes associated with aging. On the other hand, the uterus and vagina are more associated with marked changes in the transition to menopause.

According to these experts, the ovaries also presented two distinct periods of aging, one between the ages of 35 and 40 and the other between the ages of 55 and 60.

Associated with this aging, they relate to a increased inflammation and reduction in energy production and cell repair mechanisms.

“ The most pronounced falls (in hormonal signaling capacity) occurred in gastrointestinal tissues, consistent with the known expression of oestrogen receptors throughout the digestive epithelium and its role in the maintenance of the mucosal barrier ", finish.

Although aging is inevitable, these experts clarify that the adoption of healthy habits can make a difference and delay this process.

3 morning habits that reset the intestine (and help deflate)

The body does not always show signs, but if it does not follow these criteria, it is likely to be inflamed. The alert was issued by a nutritionist. To help deflate and improve your health, the expert has three valuable tips.
