ANDaugust, the first Ferrari Luce production will be auctionedby a value that can exceed 950,000 euros. In charge of RM Sotheby’s, it will take place under Monterey Car Week (United States of America) from August 12 to 15.
This is a solidarity auction, with all the funds to revert to “future education initiatives through The Ferrari Foundation” – a charity. At the same time, it begins to make the controversial model a collector's object.
Besides being the first serial production chassis of the first 100 percent electric model, this Ferrari Luce that goes to auction has a unique configuration carried out through the Ferrari Tailor Made program.
So wear one outdoor decoration in white Semi-brilliant Madreperla designed in particular, with a dedicated pigment that can “produce iridescent reflexes that evolve from green to violet” depending on the intensity and luminous angle.
Brake clamps and rims are also dedicated, while the Ferrari emblem is located on an optical white background created exclusively for this Luce.
The interior appears in pearl leather Perla Le Mans metallic exclusive to the Ferrari Tailor Made program, with gray details Grigio Corvara – being the first time secondary interior elements are finished in this color instead of the usual black. A dedicated board identifies the Chassis 0 – the first Luce production.
More than 1,000 hp
This, remember, is Ferrari's first 100 percent electric model, which also debut in the berlins of five places and four doors – never a model of the manufacturer had been longer, exceeding five meters.
Presented in May, the Ferrari Luce was designed by LoveFrom. It has four electric motors capable of debiting 1,050 hp power and 990 Nom of binary as a whole.
The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h can be done in 2.5 seconds, while the maximum speed is 310 km/h. The autonomy can reach 530 km, thanks to a 122 kWh battery. The sound of the engine is captured directly and amplified, as if it were an electric guitar.
Despite being an electric car, ferrari did not stop betting on an instrument panel with very traditional graphicsthere is also a multi-function steering wheel with sports design.
