O parliamentary leader of the Socialist Party (PS), Eurico Brilhante Dias, accused the president of Aquida, André Ventura, of “misleading the Portuguese” and of “leaving the Government free-handed not to help the Portuguese”, with the presentation of bills that will not be implemented this year.
“ When he presents two bills that he knows can't be implemented in 2026 he releases the hands of the government in September, October, November and December 2026. It is freeing the government from the burden of supporting Portuguese families in fuels, food baskets and even the support that people need to pay for the provision of their home ", contextualized this Sunday, in the headquarters of the PS, in Lisbon.
