In Europe, the main European grants have today opened downwards, paying attention to the interest on sovereign debts, technological values and the publication of the indexes of the German institute ZEW of October.

The euro was high against the dollar, above $1.12, and valued at 0.14% to $1.1229 in the Frankfurt exchange market, after falling to 1.115 last Wednesday, after the publication of an IPC in the US higher than expected.

As on Monday, investors continue to pay attention to the evolution of interest on sovereign debts, especially in countries such as France and Italy, due to current protests.

At this time, the interest on Germany's 10-year bond, considered the safest in Europe, fell to 3.438 %, as against 3.454 %, as well as from France to 4.912%, as against 4.935%.

In the same sense, the 10-year-old United States debt interest yielded, to 5.120%, to 5.141% on the eve.

Oil rises moderately, with the price of the reference generic Brent barrel contract in Europe, advancing 0.85% to $110.48.

In the Middle East, the Iranian authorities today raised 122 ships on the list of “infractors” for failing to comply with the navigation protocols in the Strait of Ormuz against 77 ships registered in mid-October, in the context of increasing maritime incidents in this strategic passage.

The announcement takes place after the Iranian Revolutionary Guard informed that at least three tankers had collided with sea mines in the Strait of Ormuz in recent days, incidents that could not be verified independently.

The Iranian military force reiterated that Ormuz “is closed” and that the fate of ships that do not comply with the navigation rules in this strait “will be burned in the fire”.

The Islamic Republic has kept the Ormuz strait blocked since the start of the war launched by the United States and Israel on 28 February and uses this strait, which transported 20% of world oil before the conflict, as a pressure measure against Washington.

The futures of the U.S. indices show a 0.20% advance for Dow Jones and a 0.3% decline for Nasdaq technology.
