Rumer Willis accuses former comrade of endangering his daughter: The story

Rumer Willis, one of the daughters of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, is facing various personal problems. The young woman lived in a relationship with musician Derek Richard Thomas and together had a daughter, Louetta, who was born in April 2023. A year later the two split up and that's when the whole nightmare started. 

After the divorce, a court battle began for the custody of the girl. According to the magazine People, the actors' daughter would now have requested an emergency custody order for her ex-partner to continue to have only supervised visits.

According to the documents obtained by the publication, Rumer claims that Derek had repeatedly violated the custody agreement and acted recklessly with little Louetta. The roles even mention that the artist “puts the child in danger”. 

“ The request here is that the court keep the visits supervised and do not allow the smallest overnight with the father until a hearing is held on the subject and issued a new court order ", can be read.

Derek’s lawyer said that Rumer “continues to perpetuate lying after lying about Mr. Thomas.”.

“Mrs. Willis will have to bear the consequences of her conduct To be absolutely clear, Mr. Thomas is a very capable, caring and devoted father to his daughter. At no time did he consume illicit substances nor did he adopt any conduct that put or could put his daughter at risk,” the lawyer said. 

In early June, the court allowed Derek to spend time with Louetta on alternate weekends, establishing that, from August onwards, visits would include the girl sleeping with her father and that visits would no longer be supervised by third parties. However, the new legal measure requested by Rumer interrupts this plan.

The young woman accused the former companion of emotional abuse and even Demi Moore manifested himself, saying that the musician had “aggressive” behaviors. 

The actress explained that the former son-in-law “seems to want to dictate and control Rumer’s environment according to his own needs”, adding that he “want to put Rumer against our family, generating stress and fear unnecessary for her until today.”.
