Chegar, see and win in the first derby of Milan. Ruben Amorim could not ask for a better debut in the duels against the eternal rival of northern Italy. The AC Milan, which is guided by the Portuguese coach, received and won the champion in Inter title, by three balls to one, in a match that was valid for Serie A's journey 10.
After the heavy and surprising defeat against Bologna on the previous journey of the Italian championship, and with the humiliating European outburst at Bournemouth's house fresh in memory, Ruben Amorim had at this dérbis debut in Milan a good opportunity to gain confidence for the coming weeks.
Gerry Cardinale, owner of AC Milan, left words to the Portuguese coach in the middle of the week and what better way to repay those words if not with a convincing victory in the derby and which began to be built early in the match.
They had only spent ten minutes playing at the mythical San Siro stadium in Milan, when the home team had already won for two unanswered goals. And in both cases, there was a Portuguese player directly connected to the straight shots. It was not Gonçalo Ramos, but Diego Moreira who marked an exhibition to later remember.
The international for Belgium, which already belonged to the paintings of Benfica and which has a passage through the young layers of Portugal, took a good crossing and the American Christian Pulisic broke the null at four minutes. Six minutes later, at 10′, the Portuguese-Belgian repeated his goal pass, serving Frenchman Adrien Rabiot.
The Inter of Milan was completely stunned by this entry into the field of the rival in the latest edition of the Derby della Madonnina and only reacted at 22 minutes. Manuel Akanji hit the corner kick and Italian Alessandro Bastoni reduced distances. However, the best time of departure was reserved for the minutes preceding the interval time. Diego Moreira took the reins of a direct free kick and threw the ball into the nets of the neroazzurro set.
The Italian champion in the title has used us to second parts better than the first ones this season and that's a reality again. The draw was no closer to 75 minutes, since referee Marco Guida reviewed the images in the VAR and decided to go back and cancel a kick from the big penalty mark that he had marked. Closing the match, Alphadjo Cisse saw Josep Martinez shine with a defense.
Accounts made, and after the fourth triumph followed in derbis of Milan, AC Milan jumped to fourth place with 21 points, to four of the leaders Inter and Lazio, and the formation of Rome can shoot at the lead with this slip of the nerazzurri.
