O release of “GTA VI” is one of the most anticipated moments of the year for those who like video games and it seems that there are those who want to give to fans – who have spent the last 13 years waiting for a new title – the appropriate opportunity for them to enjoy the game.
This is because a U.S. Army Unit in the state of Georgia decided to give active soldiers a four-day pass so they can play the “GTA VI” from the launch date, scheduled for November 19 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
The measure was officially confirmed by the US Army to CBS News and is pointed out as a way for soldiers to renew their enlistment in order to continue wearing uniform for a few more years.
It is known that 20 soldiers in Georgia already accept these terms to enlist and, although the measure is currently only for a small set of 130 soldiers, it is believed that the most battalions could soon be extended.
According to the terms of this measure, any soldier who agrees to renew his enlistment by 14 November will be covered by this measure and may play “GTA VI” for four days without any professional obligation.
“ The idea is to have a unique incentive program that would connect with the interests of soldiers. The command team, together with the career advisor, wanted the soldiers to be excited to renew the enlistment.”, said in a statement a US Army spokesman.
