ANDm reported, the company explained that the acquisition allows Tekever to integrate Flowcopter technology, with planned application, among others, in areas such as logistics and search and rescue and disaster response.
Flowcopter, based in Edinburgh (United Kingdom), was already collaborating with Tekever in the development of AR6 systems, a platform that incorporates the hydraulic transmission technology of the British company and has the capacity to carry at least 200 kilograms for more than 500 kilometres.
The operation is part of the Overmatch programme, a Tekever long-term investment plan worth GBP 400 million (about EUR 233 million) aimed at expanding autonomy capacities in the UK.
Questioned by Lusa, the company did not reveal the value of the business.
