A 52-year-old worker from a Braga weaving plant died today in a work accident, according to Civil Protection. The victim was working at a wiring plant in Celeirós when he was trapped in a machine, and the circumstances of the accident are being investigated.

Uthe 52-year-old worker of a weaving plant in Braga died today following an accident at work, indicated Civil Protection.
Source of the Regional Subcommand of Cávado explained to the agency Lusa that the victim was working in a wiring factory in Celeirós, Braga, when he was “preyed in a machine”, with the circumstances in which the accident occurred under investigation.
The alert was given at 09:00 a.m. and on site were firefighters from the tapers and volunteers of Braga, the Emergency Medical and Resuscitation Vehicle (VMER) of Braga, GNR military and a team of psychologists.
