The Bolognese of Fatima Lopes is a “simple, simple recipe”

Nlast May, Fátima Lopes posted on his Instagram page a new video with one of his simple recipes. 

This time, the host shared with the followers all the steps of her bolognese recipe. 

Initially, Fátima Lopes started by showing a pot already with some ingredients. “What do I already have here? Onion chopped, more olive oil and carrots. As soon as he's blond, I'll add a garlic and a laurel, as you see here. And then we move on. Simple recipe, very simple ", explained right from the beginning.

“I have already put garlic and blond. As you can see, the onion is already very transparent. And now, along with the meat ", detailed later. 

“ You see how it is right now, at this point, I add tomato sauce. Attention, in my case, I add homemade tomato sauce, which I make. If you search the net, you find my recipe for tomato sauce, which my mother taught me. This is a traditional sauce”, highlighted then. 

“ After putting the tomato sauce on, I left some time to cook. The final aspect is this that you see here. It's very simple. I also have the cooked pasta, so I will go silver ", completed.
