Here's the recipe for baked beans with poached eggs
Ingredients
500 grams of red beans
6 eggs
400 grams of pork ribs cut into pieces
150 grams of meat sausage
2 medium onions
2 garlic teeth
50 ml of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Salt (to taste)
Method of preparation
1 . Put the beans in sauce overnight.
2 . In a pressure cooker with water, cooks the beans together with the ribs for about 30 minutes (reserves the cooking water).
3 . In a pot, add the olive oil, the chopped onions, the whole peeled garlic, the ribs and the cut sausage to the rings. Sauce in soft heat about 7 to 8 minutes, stirring from time to time.
4 . Lay down the bean broth, season with salt and pepper and boil in medium-high heat. When you start boiling, reduce to mild heat, add the beans and bake until the sauce begins to get creamy and the beans tender, stirring from time to time.
5 . When the beans are almost cooked, add the eggs, season with a pinch of salt if needed and let them scalp about 5 minutes.
6 . Turn off the fire, let the beans stew with the pot covered for a few minutes, serve and enjoy yourself!
