A google's virtual store for Android phones, is composed of millions of applications with the most varied features and purposes but unfortunately not all present a bug-free performance or situations in which they may fail to function or terminate unexpectedly.

More than being a mobile phone-related problem where they are installed, these apps can often be hampered by updates released by developers themselves.

It is then worth starting a careful process to understand what may be at the origin of these problems, and the first step is to know whether the problem cannot be the result of an update that remained to be done.

You use Bluetooth for everything? Here are the four major disadvantages

One of the disadvantages of having Bluetooth always turned on is the (small) additional battery expense that occurs on the phone. There is also the fact that it is a connection that depends on the distance between the two connected devices.

So our first recommendation is that you start by going to the Play Store, go to the app page in question and check if there is an update to be made.

If this does not resolve, we recommend that you try to see if the problems are related to data or app cache, with the method to be slightly different according to the Android version. You can find below the method needed to “restart” the operation of the application.

How to solve problems with apps:

  • Get in Definitions;
  • Go to Applications;
  • Select an app;
  • Choose option Clear Data and Clear Cache;
  • Go back to the application page;
  • Select option Force Stop.
