Nthe short speech he made after the results of the presidential elections gave his defeat – and victory to Lula da Silva-, Flávio Bolsonaro made a promise: “I will not give up my Brazil”. But the plan to abandon him would already be done.
According to what progresses, this Sunday, CNN Brazil, the plan to leave the country was already on paper – and jumped into action soon after, since on Tuesday Bolsonaro and the family were already in the United States.
Despite the order given after the elections by the Supreme Court (STF), who requested his passport, Bolsonaro left the country. But how?
This is what, in an article published by the Brazilian broadcaster, is explained – and the plan was not little detailed, as it includes the help of a former Mossad agent, a former alderman and his son, and also the passage through two countries before arriving in the USA.
At least two countries will have helped in this escape, having Bolsonaro escaped with both daughters and his wife in two vans. The passage to the neighboring country took place through Foz do Iguaçu, in the Brazilian state of Paraná, and Puerto Iguazú, in Argentina. The trip was captured by security cameras, according to what CNN Brazil explains.
Enrollments were identified – TBB 4A65 and FDF 8E91, but whoever follows them, according to the station, does not need to present a passport to enter the country of origin.
One of the drivers was a former councilman from Foz do Iguaçu, who transported Flávio Bolsonaro. The son of the former councilor, in turn, took his wife, Fernanda Bolsonaro, and the two daughters.
Former Mossad agent accompanied Flávio Bolsonaro
The investigation known now also reports that a former Mossad agent, an Israeli naturalized in the USA, arrived in Brazil on October 19 – six days before the second round of the ballot box. According to what is detailed, this former Mossad agent accompanied Flávio Bolsonaro from Brasilia to Argentina, where he was helped by officials linked to Javier Milei's government.
Already in Puerto Iguazú, the entire Bolsonaro family boarded a Gulfstream G400, registered LV-JQW, operated by Argentinean company Baires Fly. In Ecuador, the jet made a stop to refuel in Guayaquil. Then he moved on to Florida, where Miami landed around 10:30 on Wednesday.
The jet on which the Bolsonaro family landed in the U.S. will have been provided by Jason Miller, the political strategist of US President Donald Trump. Miller is currently a special official of the White House government, according to The New York Times.
Even with a ‘red stamp’ by the Federal Police, Bolsonaro will have used the diplomatic passport to enter the country.
According to Brazilian government officials, heard by CNN Brasil, this trip was nothing less than an “exfiltration”, a term used when there is an intentional, unauthorized and hidden transfer of data or people out of a system, network or protected area, the station explains.
It was clear, in the opinion of those who were heard by the Brazilian publication, that “there was national aid ” from Argentina and the United States.
The plan made before the defeat was called Operation Alba, and, according to sources explained to CNN Brazil, there was information that other information, which was not verified, was part of the plan for the arrival of the USA to be successful for the Bolsonaro family.
For now, the Federal Police are assessing whether you're going to ask the Supreme to freeze Flavio Bolsonaro's assets, including bank accounts. The authorities are still carrying out a report, which at the time it is known will make the Ministry of Justice realise what kind of channels and international cooperation it must ask, after non-compliance with the court order carried out, with this departure from the country.
Already on Saturday, U.S. chief of diplomacy, Marco Rubio, denied that the U.S. government facilitated the exit of Brazil from Flávio Bolsonaro, which is being investigated for corruption.
“We did not participate in any of the preparations he made to leave. At least the US Government was not directly involved in any of these movements,” said Marco Rubio at the final press conference of the G20 Foreign Ministers meeting in Atlanta.
It should be noted that even before, but in the US, Bolsonaro issued a letter in which the “President elected” of Brazil, and then retreated.
