Audi A3 updated arrives in Portugal for less than 40,000 euros

A gamma Audi A3 has been updated, which is already available in Portugal in the Sportback and Allstreet variants. Prices have now been announced, starting below 40,000 euros.

According to the manufacturer, the biggest novelty is inside, with the curved screen composed of the 11.9 inch instrument panel (Audi Virtual Cockpit) and the 12.8 inch (MMI) panoramic touch screen.

The steering wheels have a multi-function physical control wheel and have three different designs to choose from. There are also innovations in the design of the central console, which includes a smartphone compartment with wireless charging (25 watts) oriented to the driver.

The car continues to have its fundamental characteristics, including petrol and diesel engines and plug-in hybrid options (e-hybrid) with 204 and 272 cv power and electric autonomy of up to 143 km. Allstreet is the most adventurous model of the range, while the S3 is the only integral traction, with engine of 333 cv and quattro system.

From the point of view of technology, there are more driving assistance, including adaptive plus assistant, plus and pro parking assistant, as well as the new reverse gear assistant. Assisted/trained parking is a novelty in the Audi A3 range, with memorization of parking maneuvers.

On the other hand, Audi Connect and myAudi allow access at a distance to various information and controls: you can control auxiliary heating and lock or unlock the car. The user can also remotely consult location data, door status, parking lights and brake, remaining autonomy, tyre pressure, mileage and maintenance intervals – all without needing to be in the vehicle.

Already available for order in Portugal, the renewed range of the Audi A3 begins at EUR 36,515 (Sportback TFSI 85 kW S tronic), and allstreet is proposed in a single version from eur 48,500. Top of the range is the S3 TFSI 245 kW quattro Stronic in full, from EUR 66,300.
