Manuel Luís Goucha and her husband, Rui Oliveira Nunes, created a new heading on social network Instagram. The couple decided to take video of the “Goucha trips”.
TVI's host started by inviting her husband back in time and remembering some of the most memorable trips they've ever made over nearly 30 years of relationship.
Goucha then chose as the first destination of this item the trip that the couple made to Bavaria to see the Loire Valley Castles.
“This trip was fantastic”, praised Rui Oliveira, leaving the expectant followers and doing nothing to predict the perpetia that they eventually revealed.
Manuel Luís Goucha was in charge of choosing the accommodation, using a guide with the best places to stay in the region. But at the first hotel, which even had a Michelin star restaurant, things didn't go as expected.
Rui Oliveira did not like the four, which was stolen waters, the pool was forbidden and the supposed garden serving the hotel restaurant did not even exist.
“ I begin to think for myself, this is a disgrace”, confessed Rui Oliveira.
The host did not give up and after one night found another lodging. Manuel Luís Goucha marked two nights “in a 16th-century castle” that was also on the guide.
Upon arrival they were welcomed with sympathy, but the site appreciates out of “a horror film”. The room had “holes in the walls”, which allowed to see the exterior, the scary mannequin corridors with huge hairs.
The beds creaked and the bathroom had leftover soap and toilet paper. The lakes were in fact ponds and from the window of the room it was “smelling rotten”.
Gouha then suggested to her husband to leave for another hotel, but Rui told her “with a slightly aggressive tone”: “No, no. Didn't you want to come to a 16th century castle? Now you stay here and sleep.”
During the night, looking at the ceiling, the couple came across mushrooms that sprouted from the mold “because of moisture”.
Goucha did not give up, sought another lodging and this time everything went as expected. “The first two nights I did not sleep looking for accommodation and finally we found a castle as it should be,” she finally recalled the face of TVI.
“ It was a fun trip, but the first two days were dramatic”, admitted in the fun images.
