Banco de Portugal (BdP) today warned that the entities “BANCO LUZ”, “Jorge Gaspar Muianga” and “Rafique Ismael Cassamo” are not entitled to exercise financial activities in Portugal.

A bANCO LUZ entity that operates through the website “https://bancoluz.com/”, is not authorised to carry out, in Portugal, the activities of deposit receipt and credit granting or any other financial activity.
In the same line, Jorge Gaspar Muianga (NIF 277729653), acting on his behalf or on behalf of third parties, is not able to develop financial activity in Portugal.
Rafique Ismael Cassamo (NIF 331280906), who works under his or her name or third parties, is also not able to develop financial activity in Portugal.
The list of entities authorised to receive deposits and to grant credit can be found at Banco de Portugal’s website at www.bportugal.pt.
