O portuguese Fábio Silva saved Borussia Dortmund today from defeat in the field of Bayern Munich, by setting the 2-2 draw that keeps the two teams ‘coladas’ in the leadership of the German Football League on the eighth day.

The advance was launched in the ‘Der Klassiker’ at 76 minutes, with the result in 2-1 for the Bavarians, and tied the match, at 89, signing the third goal in the Bundesliga, to save Borussia from the first departure in the race.

This means that Bayern and Dortmund are still in charge together, now with 18 points, on a day that would be devoted to Harry Kane, days after winning the Golden Ball, the first of a player of the Munich emblem since 1981, but which ended in a nightmare (on Halloween day).

The advanced Englishman was hailed before the initial whistle, but failed a major penalty at 56 minutes, hitting the bar, and ended up blank.

Before that, the Austrian Laimer had given advantage to the Bavarians at 38 minutes, with the Guinean Serhou Guirassy responding to Borussia at 60.

The Frenchman again put the team of the house in front and, when Bayern already seemed to celebrate the isolated leadership, Fábio Silva, full of opportunity with a shallow shot inside the area, made the final 2-2.
