The only Ferrari Enzo in the world with black decoration Matte Nero Opaco will be on sale at an auction. The copy concerned is 2004 and is therefore 22 years old.
It was originally commissioned by a member of Brunei's royal family, while in 2022 it returned to Europe to wear its original colors in a more comprehensive restoration of Carrizzeria Zanasi – where all Ferrari hypercars, the Icona series and models of the Tailor-Made program went. The intervention cost another 110,000 euros, an amount proven by a receipt that is part of the auction documents.
Also in 2022, this Ferrari Enzo received the Ferrari classic certificate (Ferrari Classiche Certified) and was sold to the current owner.
He hardly ever walked
Over more than two decades, he rarely walked: it was catalogued with 5,763 km traveled. In 2024, it received a new clutch and new fuel pumps, maintaining the chassis, engine, gearbox and bodywork of origin.
Inside, also black dominates, with leather Nero contrasting with the Rosso red instrumentation. The seats are big. The Ferrari Enzo has a V12 6.0 litre engine capable of charging 660 hp of power. The transmission is manual of six relationships, in a supersport capable of reaching more than 350 km/h. The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is in 3.65 seconds.
The auction process will take place between 23 and 30 September, by RM Sotheby’s. The price is not known.
