II League: AVS recovers from disadvantage and tie with Vizela

O AVS today tied 2-2 with Vizela, in the inaugural departure of the tenth day of the II Portuguese football league, with a recovery of two goals in the second part.

The Vizela took advantage in the first half with the goals of Manu Garrido (03) and Fortuné (30), but the Avense formation reacted with the goals of André Sousa (66) and Guilherme Neiva (84) to add the fourth draw in the race in 10 contested days.

With this tie, the AVS remains, to the condition, in the 10th place, with 13 points, while the Vizela is provisionally in the eighth position, with 15 points.

The Vizela advanced on the marker just at three minutes by Manu Garrido which, with a straight heel deviation to the low crossing of Morschel, debuted to mark at the time.

The formation of Vila das Aves sought to react and was close to reaching the goal in a counter-attack move, in which Ruan Assis unscheduled Rodrigo Pinho and the Brazilian advanced shot cross next to the right pole.

With a higher rise in the encounter, Vizela's formation again created danger with a rip of Mina on the right flank followed by a delayed crossing, but Garrido slipped and Carlos Ponck relieved the ball.

At 30 minutes, Vizela reached the second goal by Fortuné, which concluded a good combination with Morschel in the last third opponent.

On the return of the resorts, the AVS managed to take over the game and, at 66, Guilherme Neiva shot hard against the Vizelense defense and the ball remained for André Sousa, who did not waste the occasion and reduced the disadvantage.

Ten minutes later, a new setback arose for the Vizelian formation with the red straight to Aliou Traoré, after a hard entry over André Sousa.

At 84 minutes, Pedro Pimentel shot from outside the area for an incomplete defense of Gomis and Guilherme Neiva reached the ball first and only had to pull over to tie the match.

In the final moments, the two teams still sought to reach the goal, but could not cause danger to the opposing goals.
