Kaja Kallas visits Lisbon for meetings with MNE and Defense Minister

The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, makes an official visit to Lisbon between now and Friday, meeting with the Portuguese Foreign and Defence Ministers.

A High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, holds an official visit to Lisbon between now and Friday, meeting with the Portuguese Foreign and Defence Ministers.

 

According to a statement released today by the European External Action Service, Kaja Kallas has scheduled for Thursday a bilateral meeting with National Defense Minister Nuno Melo.

Also on that day, the head of diplomacy of the European Union should meet with the Minister of State and Foreign Affairs, Paulo Rangel, following a joint press conference scheduled for 19:00 (Lisbon time).

During the visit, Kaja Kallas will also visit the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) in Lisbon, where she will be welcomed by Maja Markovčić Kostelac.
