Ford presented a fall in turnover and a fall of 16.3 percent in profits in the third quarter of the year compared to the same period of 2025. But there was a rise in the accumulated from January to September.

A Ford presented today (october 29) the quarterly results, which indicate a low annual turnover two percent, to $49.526 billion, and profits at 16.3 percent to 2.049 billion.
Nevertheless, the chairman and deputy administrator, Jim Farley, stated in a statement that the company achieved “a solid quarter”, while entering a phase that has qualified as decisive for its transformation.
Among the news are the launch of the Universal Electric Vehicle platform, Ford Energy (a subsidiary dedicated to battery power storage systems), a new F-150 and other models.

But the warning was also made that forecasts do not include an impact of a possible escalation in the war on Iran, nor a substantial deterioration of the US economy.
Profit rise in the year total
In cumulative terms, in the first nine months of the year, profit rose 13.5 percent homologous, for 3.27 billion, and billing down, at 141.075 billion, which compare to 141.377 billion counterparts.
The coming times will be essential for Ford's future, which is preparing a strong commitment to Europe in which it will have five new models by 2029 as part of local partnerships with Renault and Geely. He is also preparing to introduce his first 100 percent electric model in the United States – the Fathom pick-up, which premieres the new Universal Electric Vehicle platform.
