Dafter the funeral of Luís Represas, Luisa Castel-Branco resorted to his Instagram page, this Sunday, July 26, to pay tribute to the singer and lament his departure.
“It was impossible not to like Louis. He never denied a smile, a hug, two minutes of conversation with those who approached him. And over the years, you'll have distributed affection to a lot of people. Unknown people, and what always fascinated me was exactly the fact that he was genuine, both to the public and to the people he was dealing with. No vegetism. No falsehood. And if he could feel he owned our dreams and our hearts for so many years. Successive generations sing their songs quietly, and will continue ", began by remembering Luisa Castel-White.
In the same publication, TVI's former commentator also commented on the singer: “He resigned from all without almost anyone knowing it, with the same dignity with which he went through life.” To remember that Luís Represas died of lung cancer.
“There would have been much more to say about him, but each of us gets a piece stolen from his incredible voice, well nestled in our hearts. So long, Louis. And thank you so much,” he said.
