In the (long) publication, Johnson notes that between 2 and 5% of the population suffers from this disease and, although he does not know since when he suffers from Autoimmune Gastritis, he promises that he will try to cure it, describing the whole process that (together with his team) is developing for that purpose.
In a more personal note, Johnson reflects on the importance of health and the way we relate to those we like most.
“ Let us fill our days above all with things that are trivial compared to what we really care about. We know, deep down, that in the midst of all this noise health is easily forgotten until it becomes the only thing that matters”, writes Johnson. “ I wish you all the best. Take care of yourself, the others, the planet and our animal friends. Take care of life once the most precious gift that exists”.

Bad news #1:
I have an autoimmune disease. My stomach is eating itself.
Bad news #2:
2–5% of people have this, too. Likely more, because it hides.
Good news:
I’m going to try and solve it. Will share all.
As a kid, I even suck cereal, drain sucking soda, and gobbled down.. pic.twitter. with/EbJ8a916u S
