Lucy Pepper's Monkey Brains
Ingredients:
1 onion
1 garlic tooth
500 g of minced meat
200 g of mushrooms
1 can (400 g) of tomato in pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of oregano
250 g water and salt spaghetti
Method of preparation:
Cut off the onions, garlic and mushrooms to the squares. Put the onion in a pot and fry it with a tablespoon of olive oil until it's clear. Then add the garlic and minced meat and continue to fry until the meat is cooked, always stirring with the wooden spoon to separate everything to the little pieces. Add the mushrooms cut and stir. Add the tomato, salt and oregano to the meat. Cook in a light. Put on a lid and stir once in a while. Put another large pan with water, with a teaspoon of salt, on fire. When the water is boiling, break the spaghetti in half and lie in the water. Cook 8 or 9 minutes. Drain the water from the spaghetti. Get the meat out of the fire. Serve spaghetti in bowls with the meat sauce on top. Eat warm.
