YEAH only next Sunday, at 8 p.m. (Hour of Continental Portugal), that Camp Nou will receive the long awaited El Clásico of the tenth day of La Liga, which will put, face to face, Barcelona and Real Madrid. However, the traditional ‘change of gallant’ among the eternal Spanish rivals has already begun.
The hostilities were opened by Portuguese coach José Mourinho, who, on Wednesday night, after the final whistle for the categorical victory achieved by the Merenges, in Santiago Bernabéu, on Leipzig, by 4-1, in play counting for the third round of the league phase of Champions League, raised doubts about the scheduling of the game.
“For El Clásico, there is no trust. It's more of a championship game, but it's not a game like the others. Here we go. At the moment, we are losing 24 hours of rest, but here we go,” he shot the Special One in his style, in statements given in the area of rapid interviews of the Spanish television station Movistar Plus Deportes.
“Strange thing is putting a finger in a coach’s eye”
The answer was soon, and appeared this Thursday, by the voice of Enric Masip, an advisor to the president of Barcelona, Joan Laporta, who recalled the outcome of the ‘scaldante’ El Clásico of the second hand of the Spanish Super Cup final, when José Mourinho, affected by the defeat of the ‘your’ Real Madrid, left for Tito Vilanova, then deputy of Pep Guardiola.
“ When someone tells you they see strange things... Strange thing is to put a finger in a coach's eye. When things don’t work out for you, you should improve and not devote yourself to attacking others”, said the leader blaugrana, in statements made on the margins of the NACEX Golf Challenge of Barcelona, quoted by the newspaper Tag.
“He throws splinters... Look at a press conference by Mourinho and one by [Hans-Dieter] Flick... Flick, even though it has been damaged, opinions the contrary. The respect you feel toward others, towards the players, toward the coach... It's the values of Barcelona. You could say a lot of things, but you don't. For Mourinho and Real Madrid, the blame is always on the other ", concluded.
