British driver Lando Norris (McLaren) today won the Netherlands Grand Prix Formula 1, 12th round of the season, at the departure of the Dutch championship circuit.

Norris, world champion in title, secured the second victory of the season with 11,536 seconds of advantage over the championship leader, the Italian Kimi Antonelli (Mercedes), and 15,906 over the British also George Russell (Mercedes).
With these results, Antonelli cemented the championship lead with 242 points, 59 more than the British Lewis Hamilton (Ferrari), which was fourth, and George Russell, in a race marked by the violent loss of the Dutch Max Verstappen (Red Bull) right on the first lap.
