Ltendered on the market in 2025 to celebrate the manufacturer’s 80 years, ferrari F80 is a rare hybrid supercar, with production limited to 799 units worldwide.
One can be enjoyed live in Portugal already from 4 to 6 September, when “acceleration” in Caramulo Motorfestival. Not only will it be static, it will also go to the Historical Ramp.
It has a three-litre V6 biturbo engine, capable of producing 900 hp of power and 850 Binary Nm – the most powerful of the builder to date it was launched. But there is still a hybrid system with front electric shaft and MGU-K behind with another 300 cv, so the combined power is 1,200 hp.
The dual clutch transmission and eight F1 DCT speeds team the F80, which accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.15 seconds and reaches a maximum of 350 km/ h. We can therefore have a small idea of these performances and the sound of the automobile in Portugal.
The Ferrari F80, which succeeded LaFerrari, has room for the driver (around which the passenger compartment is focused), as well as for a passenger ahead. Access is done by opening butterfly-style doors. It also has an extreme aerodynamic design for a road car of the manufacturer, generating 1,000 kg of downward force at a speed of 250 km/h. The inspiration comes from Formula 1 and World Resistance (WEC).
