A Polestar is preparing its future and will give a glimpse of certain traces of future models with the prototype Formula 2030 – announced this monday (7 september).
According to a statement, the conceptual model “anticipates design elements that will be present in the new Polestar 2 [...] as well as in the Future Polestar 7“.
It should be noted that the first of these two models to arrive will be the next generation of Polestar 2, whose launch is already scheduled for next year.
The Formula 2030 was in charge of a team led by Philipp Römers, who came from the Scandinavian design language known to Polestar.
The person responsible stated in a statement: “The design and identity of Polestar are already so strong that it was evident the need for bold evolution, not a revolution, of what brought us here. The Formula 2030 realizes this vision, presenting our future, while respecting distinctive elements of the brand, such as the recognizable Dual Blade headlights – ensuring that it remains immediately identifiable as a Polestar, with a strong and striking identity”.
When are you coming?
Although Polestar did not confirm an exact date, it announced that the world premiere of Formula 2030 will take place by the end of the year.
In the meantime, there will be an exclusive presentation event for investors, partners and a restricted group of VIP customers at their headquarters in Gothenburg.
