Dand according to the financial agency, Anthropic is informing potential investors that their revenue in the second quarter has skyrocketed at least 14 times over the same period last year.
According to the documents seen by Bloomberg News, the owner of the artificial intelligence model (IA) Claude recorded a preliminary revenue of more than US$11.5 billion (about EUR9.9 billion at the current exchange rate) in the last quarter, compared with US$787 million (EUR 680 million) in the same period of 2025.
This amount compares to USD 4.73 billion (about EUR 4 billion) in the first quarter of this year.
In the second quarter of 2026, Anthropic made a positive adjusted operating profit according to the documents.
According to Bloomberg, discussions are ongoing and the figures may change.
This rapid growth occurs in the middle of the company's dispute with its longtime rival, OpenAI, to win over business customers. Once seen as an outsider in the artificial intelligence race, Anthropic has seen an increase in the adoption of its software by professionals seeking to optimize tasks, including programming.
