The Russian Ministry of Defense reported, in a brief press release published on social networks, that anti-aircraft defense systems destroyed 399 unmanned aerial devices in various regions of the country, as well as the waters of the Black Sea and the Crimean Peninsula.

However, the Ukrainian Air Force indicated that Russian troops launched 108 drones overnight and claimed 85 were intercepted in Ukraine.

Kiev confirmed impacts at seven points in the country and warned that Russia's attack continues, as there are drones in Ukrainian airspace.

The last few days were marked by the worsening of the mutual attacks between Russia and Ukraine, following the visit of US President Donald Trump's envoys to both countries, with the aim of trying to unlock the process of diplomatic negotiations.

Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014 annexing the Crimean Peninsula and launched a large-scale offensive against the entire Ukrainian territory in 2022.
