Nmarkl continues to recover from the two strokes he suffered at the end of last year and has been showing followers on Instagram this process.
Still this Saturday, day after he turned 55, the radio operator explained that he is celebrating the date on several occasions, since one of the consequences of the stroke is to run out of energy quickly.
“ One of the current sequelae of stroke is – despite the overall improvements – running out of battery power too fast. I'm kind of a phone with too much use: I'll take the day off fine, but in the middle of the afternoon I'm almost done. So, instead of celebrating a birthday on the 21st, I am celebrating in soft performances”, he started by saying in the publication where he shows the birthday celebrations with his companion, Teresa Sacramento.
“ Yesterday I went to lunch by the sea with my Teresa Sacramento, and I came from there full of love and beautiful things: books, a picture of her containing summer, the sublime Snoopy de Lego (which I will have to build with one hand – come on!) and I owe Teresa also my epic walking stick, advised by my physiotherapists for more complicated terrain (yes, Portuguese sidewalk, I am looking at you). She chose, of course, the most stylish. Happy 55 and 4 days for me”, completed.

Nuno Markl’s publication on the celebration of his 55th birthday with his girlfriend comes after the animator of the “Morning of Commercial” responded to a follower’s comment.
Also this weekend, Nuno Markl highlighted in the stories of his Instagram page a comment where one could read: “He got his mouth on the side. It's too bad to make television. It's all crooked."
Faced with these words, he reacted: “Before that than having the brain next to it, as my dear interlocutor.”
