Vanessa Martins posted a video on his Instagram page this Monday, August 24, where he answers questions that were asked and has to say, in certain situations, if he fires, trains or promotes the employee.
“Nothing like starting the inspired week! If reality were that easy, but as you know, life in a company is not limited to these three choices, but making the video was fun. Right now, I don't know my team is laughing or crying after watching this video. The important thing is to give feedback! Always”, wrote the influence and entrepreneur in the caption of that video that is receiving criticism.
Among the questions, Vanessa Martins says she promotes an employee if she sends you an off-time message with an incredible idea. Next thing you know, you train a person who doesn't respond to messages after work hours.
But it's not over. Another question that gave much to talk was that it promotes a person on vacation and continues to answer everything.
“Train a person to respond to work messages after working hours?? Toxic”, commented a follower after the publication of the video in question.
“This is a problem. Like most leaders. By law, the employer cannot send email, make calls etc. Going on vacation, not thinking about work, is at least a right. On these points I cannot agree, sorry ", said another.
“Wow... nothing to admire! One more who thinks that employee has no personal life and is promoted for it! As long as the mentality of these ‘leaders’ does not change and they still think that they are saying and doing a great thing, the country does not go ahead,” wrote a netizen.
“Promoting who responds out of hours and works on vacation? All wrong. It is illegal”, it can be read among the many reactions to the video.
To remember that Vanessa Martins, who in the past worked as an actress on projects such as “Sugar Morangos”, has a website, Frederica, which “was born from the deep desire to inspire women to take care of themselves with love, time and purpose”, as described on the brand’s website.
“ I believe self-care is a form of power, of reunion with the body and the mind. Every product of Frederica is an invitation to this moment of pause, to this ritual that transforms our daily lives. Because I believe taking care of us is only true when it brings us well-being. It is in this lightness that consistency is born, and it is with consistency that the results arrive and a more balanced, confident and happy life. Seeing Frederica coming to women makes me deeply proud and eager to want to do more and better”, she adds.
On the site we can find – among the various products – supplements and cosmetics.
