Will you do this to the chicken before you cook it? Know the risks
Before cooking the chicken, is it customary to pass it by water? You may think you're doing the right thing, but the truth is, you don't even know the risks you're taking. It's best not to.
According to the website Brazil Greece, this is one of the most common mistakes in the kitchen. When the chicken goes through water, it's spreading bacteria through the sink and the various utensils it can have there.
In this case, there is a risk of cross-contamination if such materials are not well cleaned. Then, when cooking it, you must be careful at the right temperature to eliminate all bacteria that may exist.
Another of the most common mistakes goes by not changing knives, or not washing them after using them. You may run the risk of contamination when cutting meat and then moving on to vegetables. You should always wash, or exchange for another, so that there is no contamination of bacteria.
