The singer D4vd will have bought chainsaws by Amazon with another name and, it is shown now, that there are messages indicating that the victim, 14 years old, came to be pregnant.

Uthe crime that shocked the United States and that involved singer D4vd now returns to the spotlight, with the approaching trial. The 21-year-old artist will be formally accused of the death of a young woman from 14 to 31 August and the trial may be scheduled for the next 60 days.
The case, remember, goes back to last year when a dismembered body was found in a Tesla's trunk. The car was parked several days ago in a trailer park in Hollywood and later it was noticed that it was related to the singer. Later, when the victim was identified, it was noticed that it was Celeste Hernandez, missing since 2024.
As the date of the hearing is approaching, new details are known and, according to what the CNN International has advanced, prosecutors point to evidence of the existence of sexual intercourse between the two. Messages even show that Celeste Hernandez had an abortion the year before she died when she was 13.
Other messages also showed that victim and aggressor talked about being together and having a future together. Celeste Hernandez also pointed out, in one of the messages sent, that she was upset about the termination of pregnancy. “I killed my first son for you,” wrote D4vd.
The prosecutors also presented messages that they believe were exchanged on April 23, when the teenager died. While they argued that the singer lured the young woman to her home with the intention of killing her, the defense pointed out that it was Celeste who asked to meet at a time when there were already signs that they were not well with each other.
“I swear I will kill you”, wrote the young woman in a message sent to the singer, after saying she was jealous of a friend of his. “I will end your career,” he added.

Explicit images showing the search for the singer's house, located near where the body was found, as well as parts of the body, were also viewed in court.
Pseudonyms for ordering chainsaws
The theme that has also been mentioned is that of orders using pseudonyms. is that under the name “Travion Davis”, D4vd will have ordered from Amazon a fireproof rug, a shovel, an inflatable swimming pool and several chainsaws – two of which were recovered in his house and had no traces of blood. A third chain saw continues to appear, as well as on foot and carpet.
D4vd also ordered the pseudonym “Victoria Martinez” and one of the objects that was ordered and arrived was a box that is used to burn objects. “It is an instrument that can be used at high temperatures to burn objects. It is like a mini crematorium to reduce everything to ashes”, pointed one of the detectives who worked on the case, Joshua Byers.
CNN International indicates that the box was found intact in the original package but that it was not tested – which lawyers questioned. DNA tests from samples found in the car and the artist's house matched.
The charges against D4vd are murder, child abuse and dismemberment of corpses. Remembers CNN International that the singer said that when he met the young woman he thought she was not a minor. “He told me he was 18,” he said. The first messages exchanged by the two dates back to August 2022, when the young woman was 11 years old and the singer 17.
