Discover here the recipe for Alentejo migas step by step:

Ingredients

500 g pork rind
9 garlic teeth
1/2 c. soup pasta pepper
1 c. salt coffee
1 thread of olive oil
50 g small sliced bacon
50 g sausage in small slices
50 g chorizo in small slices
1/4 sliced alentejo bread
Water, q.b.

Method of preparation

1 . Peel the garlic and book five whole teeth.

2 . Season the meat with a paste made with the rest of the garlic trampled with a little salt and the pepper paste.

3 . In an anti-stick frying pan, fry the little touchy, sausage and sausage in olive oil. Let it fry, and when you're ready, take it all off.

4 . Then fry the seasoned ribs along with whole garlic teeth. Reserve.

5 . In the fat that remained, throw the slices of bread and wrap well. Add boiling water so you can knead the bread with the wooden spoon until it's all broken up. As soon as you start taking off from the frying pan, you roll till you get a ball.

6 . Let it toast and serve with all the meats and fried garlic.
