Sand you need to attest, know it doesn't make much difference if you do it today, Sunday, or tomorrow, Monday. Prices should remain the same next week, so for your wallet there will be no difference on the date you choose.
According to information advanced on Friday by Automobile Club de Portugal, both the price of diesel and gasoline should remain the same.
This means that the average price of the litre of diesel oil must continue at EUR 1,769, while the average price of petrol is EUR 1,877.
The same information was also confirmed by the National Association of Fuel Resellers (Anarec), which for its accounts took into account the values of the Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (DGEG) and the forecasts of variations with market closing values on Thursday.
It is recalled, however, that there may still be variations, depending on the evolution of international oil prices, and the final cost in the pump that may vary according to the supply station, brand and location.
Fuel prices have increased sharply in recent months, in the context of strong geopolitical tension in the Middle East, with oil prices pressed by the closure of the Ormuz Strait and the volatility of international markets.
On the last Monday before the start of the conflict, on 23 February, when Brent's barrel was traded at 71.11 dollars, the price per litre of simple diesel was 1,600 euros and that of simple gasoline 1,686 euros, which means that since then these fuels have had their respective rises of 10.6% and 11.3%.
The price of oil remains low today, with Brent's reference price in Europe, for delivery in August, dropping 2.33% to 73.51 dollars.
