O bE’s only Member, Fabian Figueiredo, today expressed his opposition to the proposal for a State Budget for 2027, considering that this is a document presented by a “palaced casta”.

During the closing of the debate in general of the budget proposal in Parliament, Fabian Figueiredo compared the current executive PSD/CDS-PP to the French aristocrat nobility of the 18th century, pointing out that “in October 1789, the women of Paris went up to Versailles because of the price of bread and the king returned with them to the city”.

“ The palaces you don't hear always end like this, going down the street. Yours has already begun. The Prime Minister broke the silence yesterday because the royal country came to his door. This budget was written inside with the windows closed. It is the budget of the palatable caste ", accused, in a reference to protests for housing that have marked the current.

Fabian Figueiredo expressed himself against the proposal and added that he will take him to the specialty phase “with what the palace does not realize: that the salary has to come for life”.

The only Member of the BE imposed on the Government a distancing of most citizens, considering that this is why executive members “are amazed when the country tells them that an income of EUR 2,300 is priceless”.

“The Minister of Finance said he has a lot of difficulty understanding. I do. In Versailles, no one noticed either. Marie Antoinette will never have told you to eat brioches. You didn't have to. In the palace no one knew the price of bread ", ironized.

The blogger also pointed out that in Poland, “governed by a brother party of the PSD”, there is currently price control, but the government refuses, “as if the fuels were cheap”.

“IRC lowers by 300 million. The bank profited 6.3 billion a year ago for the tax they promised him. The ‘Spinumboys’ call this trust. The Portuguese call it a caste privilege”, criticized.
